It all begins with a vision of a new adventure! Having spent the last 25 years as a nurse and now a nurse practitioner, I have always loved caring for people. Meeting human conditions at different stages of their life journey and, being allowed to tag along for a short time, has brought some of the most rewarding moments in my life.
As a working mom of two sons, I know first hand how busy life can be. Whether it’s school functions, sporting events, holidays, celebrations, and those difficult times we all experience, most of us forget to take care of ourselves.

Being a nurse for 23 years, I have seen a lot of things and met a lot of people from all walks of life. Typically, if I see you it’s because you or a loved one is sick or injured. Now is the time that I want to meet people and guide them on a journey of health and wellness.
Life gets busy and most of us forget to take care of ourselves, myself included. I am a busy wife, mom, grandma and animal lover!
